How it works
You authorise Trident AI to manage your accounts using each platform's official sign-in flow (OAuth). The same flow Hootsuite, Buffer, and Later use. You can revoke access from your account settings at any time.
We learn your voice from your existing content, your brand guidelines, and a 30-minute interview. Your captions sound like you — not like generic AI output. Calibration is locked once you sign off.
Every post is drafted in advance and sent to you for approval through your preferred channel — Telegram, email, or dashboard. One tap to publish, edit, or skip. Nothing goes live without your explicit yes.
Approved posts publish automatically on the schedule we agreed. Engagement and reach data flows back so you can see what's working without logging into four dashboards.
Platforms
TikTok and X support on the roadmap. We'll add them once Q3 client demand justifies the API tiers.
Transparency
When you connect a platform, we request only the permissions needed to do the job. You see the full list during the OAuth consent screen — same as any reputable tool.

Tokens are encrypted at rest and isolated per client. If you end the engagement, we delete your authorisation tokens within 30 days. You can revoke access from the platform's own settings at any time, which immediately stops all activity from our side. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
