These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trident-ai.dev and any services delivered by Supram Consultancy Services Ltd ("Supram", "we", "us", "our"), trading as Trident AI. By visiting our website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Legal entity: Supram Consultancy Services Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.
Trading name: Trident AI
Contact: info@supram.co.uk
2. Services
Trident AI designs, builds, and deploys artificial intelligence systems and automations for businesses. The specifics of any engagement — scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, ownership of work product, acceptance criteria, and warranties — are governed by a separate written engagement agreement signed between Supram and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or commitment to deliver any specific service.
3. Use of the website
You may use trident-ai.dev for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems, or the systems of our service providers;
- Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others;
- Use the website to send unsolicited commercial communications;
- Interfere with the operation of the website or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
4. Authorising access to your accounts
Where an engagement requires us to connect to systems you control (for example, social media accounts, CRM platforms, calendars, or email inboxes), you will be asked to grant access via the platform's official OAuth flow.
By granting access, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the use we have described to you complies with the platform's terms and any applicable third-party rights. We will only use the access for the purposes set out in your engagement agreement.
You may revoke access at any time through the platform's own settings. We will delete any associated tokens within 30 days of revocation or contract end, whichever is sooner.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 Our website
All content on trident-ai.dev — including text, graphics, logos, the Trident AI brand, and the AAA Framework — is owned by Supram Consultancy Services Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for ordinary browsing and reasonable internal reference.
5.2 Engagement deliverables
Ownership of work product delivered under an engagement is governed by the relevant engagement agreement. As a default position, on full payment of agreed fees, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for their own internal business purposes; Supram retains ownership of underlying methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components.
6. Confidentiality
Information shared with us during enquiries, scoping conversations, or engagements is treated as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties except (a) to service providers under appropriate confidentiality terms, (b) where required by law, or (c) where you have given us permission. Engagement agreements typically include a more detailed mutual confidentiality undertaking.
7. Fees and payment
Fees, payment terms, and acceptance criteria are set out in each engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are stated exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing rate where applicable.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Any representative use cases or scenarios shown on this website are illustrative and do not constitute case studies or guarantees of outcome. Specific outcomes depend on the facts of each engagement.
Where we deliver services under an engagement agreement, the warranties applicable to those services are set out in that agreement and override anything more general on this website.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, in relation to your use of this website:
- We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses;
- Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of this website is limited to one hundred pounds sterling (£100).
Liability arising under any engagement agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this clause.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Supram against any losses, claims, or costs arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your unlawful use of the website, or (c) your unauthorised use of credentials or third-party accounts you grant us access to.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms. Termination of website access does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination, nor any clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law).
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available at trident-ai.dev/terms.html. Your continued use of the website after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
