What is doing it all yourself
actually costing you?

Four everyday leaks — missed leads, repeated admin, chasing and reporting, and staying visible. Start with the example numbers, then change them to match your business. The total at the bottom updates as you type.

Nothing is sent anywhere. Every figure is one you entered, the maths happens on your screen, and your numbers never leave the browser.

Whatever you'd charge for an hour, or what you'd pay someone else to do it. Used by the three time-based blocks below.

1 · Missed leads

Enquiries that arrive and never get answered in time.

This leak

£1,560

a month sitting in enquiries nobody got back to.

2 · Repeated admin

Quotes, invoices, forms, retyping the same details.

This leak

£650

22 hours a month, priced at your own rate.

3 · Chasing & reporting

Following up quotes, updating people, pulling reports together.

This leak

£260

9 hours a month, priced at your own rate.

4 · Staying visible

Posting, captions, keeping the socials from going quiet.

This leak

£130

4 hours a month, priced at your own rate.

Your total monthly leak

£2,600

and 8 hours of your week — every month, until something changes.

Show the working

How the maths works.

Missed leads. The enquiries that go cold each week, multiplied by 4.33 to give a month, then by the share you'd realistically win and the average value of a job. That is your monthly figure for work that came to you and left again.

The three time blocks. Hours a week, multiplied by 4.33 for a month, priced at the hourly worth you entered. Admin, chasing and posting are separated because they usually feel different — but they are all the same thing: your week spent on work that repeats.

Every figure is rounded to the nearest ten. The hours are capped at a real working week, and you can never lose more enquiries than you get — so the total stays honest even if a number gets fat-fingered.

This is not a promise from Trident. It is a simple estimate based on the numbers you enter. Every figure here is yours and every step is shown, so you can check the working.
